Understanding gas emergencies or a suspected gas Leak

In the event of a gas fire at your property, immediately move away from the affected area and dial 000.

If you suspect a gas leak, do not stay in the immediate area or make any calls from near the suspected leak. Additionally, avoid using electronic or electrical appliances including torches in the area until it is confirmed safe by a licensed professional.

To report a gas leak at your property, you can contact Pacific Blue on 133 669 and select option '1' for Fault and Emergencies, followed by option '2' for Gas Faults.

Alternatively, you can report the fault to your Gas Distributor by calling their 24-hour assistance line, which can be located on your Pacific Blue bill.
